1.0. Introduction

By accessing or using any services provided by SpaceTrade Technologies Limited ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This includes any modifications or updates made from time to time. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using the services.

2.0. Definitions

• "You," "Your," or "User"refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the services.
• "Services"refers to all services provided by SpaceTrade Technologies, including cryptocurrency trading, wallet management, and related offerings.
• "Platform"refers to the website, mobile application, or any other system used to access our services.

3.0. Eligibility

To use the services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Ensure that your use of the services is legal in your country of residence.
• Not be restricted from using the services due to local laws or previous violations of these Terms.

4.0. Account Registration and Security

• Account Creation:To use certain features of the services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date personal information, including a valid email address, phone number, and other required identification documents.
• Account Security:You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. You agree to notify the Company immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
• Account Termination:The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, without notice, if it suspects any violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-compliance with applicable laws.

5.0. User Responsibilities

• Lawful Use:You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all local, state, and national laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT) regulations.
• Prohibited Activities:Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
  • Conducting fraudulent or illegal transactions.
  • Using the services to facilitate money laundering or terrorism financing.
  • Using automated systems such as bots to interact with the services.
  • Creating multiple accounts for malicious purposes, such as bypassing account restrictions.
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform.
• Taxation:You are solely responsible for determining and complying with any taxes applicable to your use of the services.

6.0. Fees and Payment Terms

• Transaction Fees:The Company may charge fees for certain transactions, which will be disclosed at the time of the transaction. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
• Currency:All payments on the platform must be made in the supported currencies, including cryptocurrencies. Conversion rates for cryptocurrencies are determined by the market rate at the time of the transaction.
• Refund Policy:Once a transaction is completed, it is final and non-reversible. The Company does not offer refunds for transactions unless there is a verified system error.

7.0. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance

• AML/KYC Requirements:The Company complies with all applicable AML and KYC laws and regulations. Users may be required to provide documentation verifying their identity, source of funds, and other information. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

• Sanctions Compliance:We do not offer services to individuals or entities listed on sanctions lists, including those maintained by the United Nations, European Union, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

9.0. Intellectual Property

• Liability Cap:To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceTrade Technologies will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or goodwill.
• Force Majeure:We shall not be liable for any delays or failures in providing the services resulting from causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, or governmental actions.

11.0. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SpaceTrade Technologies Limited, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or any third-party rights.

12.0. Modifications to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the platform, and your continued use of the services after such changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13.0. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law:These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
• Dispute Resolution:In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to the services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiations. If informal negotiations fail, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in accordance with Nigerian laws.

14.0. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or legal requirements. Upon termination, your account will be disabled, and all associated data may be permanently deleted.

• Severability:If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• No Waiver:Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.
